Staff was very professional and helpful and they upgraded our room prior to arrival. The room was very spacious and nicely appointed with amenities. The location is great and makes it very easy to walk or take the metro to all the sights. It is located on a pedestrian only street so it is very quiet at night. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants including their own, which we did not get a chance to try, but the menu looked great. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice hotel, comfortably located. Big rooms, clean, tastefuly equipped. Great breakfasts with decent selection of food. Kind and helpful staff (housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, bar). We really enjoyed our stay here! If we happen to be in Lisbon again will come back!

My mother and I stayed at Hotel da Baixa a few weeks ago and it was a nice stay. Everyone was so accommodating and very nice. Unfortunately, I must say that the food was not the best and the room was small. The rooms have large bathrooms which takes away from the bedroom.
